In order to ensure Key 4 Property can assist our clients reach their potential through property, our disclaimer policy in relation to the Sherwood Village Apartment First Home Buyer Free New Car Offer has been reproduced.

This deal relates to new standard purchase contracts at list price for Sherwood Village Apartments which are entered into with Key4property after 5 Nov 2017 and which settle prior to 25 Dec 2017.

1.  Purchasers must be sole clients of Key4 Property Pty Ltd.

2.  Promotional vehicle will be available for pickup in a Brisbane, QLD location.

3​.  Limit one car per customer.

4.  Key4 Property Pty Ltd will take every measure make the vehicle will be redeemable within 30 days of settlement.

5.  New car model and type up to the discretion of Key4 Property Pty Ltd.  Colour preference up to the discretion of the buyer.

6. Vehicle is to be supplied by the developer of Sherwood Apartments P/L up to a maximum cost of $13,000 and does not include on road costs – (dealer delivery, Stamp duty, Extras and upgrades, Insurances, Registration etc).

7.  We do not discriminate based on gender, age, race, sexual orientation, occupation, education level – offer is simply offered on a first come, first served basis.

8. Vehicle is to be supplied by the developer Sherwood Apartments P/L up to a maximum cost of $13,000 and does not include on road costs -(dealer delivery, Stamp duty, Extras and upgrades, Insurances, Registration etc).

9.  Key4 Property Pty Ltd has every right to refuse the Sherwood Village Apartment First Home Buyer Free New Car Offer under any circumstance of fraud, deceit or prevarication, which misrepresents the veritable circumstances and situation of the client for the purposes of misleading Key4 Property Pty Ltd.
